Privacy Policy

Depending on how you interact with the site, the following information may be collected:

• Project inquiry form (https://shafinsadnan.com/contact): your name, email address or WhatsApp number, and the message you send. If you arrive from a blog note, the topic may be pre-filled in your message draft.
• Scheduling: if you book a call through Cal.com, booking details are processed by Cal.com under their own policies.
• Analytics: when Google Analytics 4 is enabled, anonymous usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, and selected on-site events (for example form starts or CTA clicks).
• Technical data: form submissions may temporarily use your IP address for basic rate limiting and abuse prevention. Honeypot fields used for spam filtering are not stored as lead data.

Information you submit is used to:

• Respond to project inquiries and scheduling-related follow-up
• Send you a confirmation email when a form submission succeeds
• Understand which pages and calls-to-action are useful (when analytics is enabled)
• Protect public forms from spam and excessive automated submissions

I do not sell your personal information and do not share it with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

Form submissions are delivered to me by email through the site's mail server configuration. They are kept only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, maintain relevant project correspondence, or meet reasonable business record-keeping needs.

The site is hosted on modern cloud infrastructure. Like most websites, server and platform logs may exist for security, debugging, and reliability purposes.

When a GA4 measurement ID is configured, the site loads Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic patterns and lead-related events. GA4 may use cookies or similar technologies according to Google's policies.

If analytics is not configured for a given deployment, GA4 scripts do not run. Analytics events sent from the site are limited to approved event names and parameters defined in the site codebase.

Call booking links and embedded scheduling use Cal.com (meet-shafin/15min). When you book through Cal.com, they process the information required to schedule the meeting under their own terms and privacy policy.

This site is intended for adults making business or professional inquiries. It is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

This policy may be updated when the site changes materially, for example new forms, analytics tools, or scheduling providers. The "Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
