This website presents portfolio work, case studies, technical notes, services, and ways to start a project conversation. Content on the site is provided for general information. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice tailored to your situation unless we agree otherwise in writing for a specific engagement.

Work typically falls into one of two paths, as described on the site:

• Bounded implementation: the problem and desired outcome are already clear enough to define scope, timeline, and investment before build work starts.
• Discovery-led work: the system has more uncertainty, so investigation, technical decisions, and a responsible build plan come before a full implementation commitment.

Details are outlined on the services page and contact page. Specific scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing for paid work are agreed individually before implementation, not by a generic checkout on this site.

Submitting a contact form, audit request, or booking a call does not create a binding contract by itself. It starts a conversation. A project begins only after scope, responsibilities, timeline, and commercial terms are agreed between us.

You agree to provide accurate contact information and a good-faith description of the work you are asking about.

For paid engagements, you receive ownership of the approved deliverables defined in the agreed scope, such as custom code, agreed design assets, and project documentation explicitly included in that scope.

Third-party tools, subscriptions, hosting, licensed assets, and platform accounts remain subject to their own providers and terms. Pre-existing materials, internal frameworks, or reusable components that were not created solely for your project may remain with me unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Case studies, blog notes, images, branding, and other content on this site are the work of Shafin Sadnan unless otherwise credited. Please do not copy, republish, or redistribute site content without permission.

Trademarks, logos, and client names shown in portfolio work belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and portfolio purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful, abusive, or spam-related activity
• Attempt to interfere with forms, APIs, analytics, or hosting infrastructure
• Scrape or automate access in a way that degrades the site or bypasses security controls
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting inquiries

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every article, case study, or example will fit your exact technical environment.

To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Liability for paid work, if any, is governed by the specific agreement for that engagement.

The site links to or embeds third-party services such as Cal.com, GitHub, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, and email providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. See the Privacy Policy for how data may flow to those providers.

These terms may be updated when the site or engagement model changes. The "Updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
