For agencies & implementation partners

Implementation capacity agencies can route without losing the client relationship.

I am a product engineer and full-stack developer. Agencies, consultants and operators use me when strategy or design is already moving and the missing piece is reliable React/Next.js implementation, integrations, modernization or production rescue.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Built for delivery partners, not for replacing your agency.

The useful question is not “can you build anything?” It is whether I can take a defined implementation burden so you can keep owning the client relationship.

01

Agencies with more client work than delivery capacity

You already own the relationship and strategy. You need a dependable engineer who can absorb implementation without creating a second client conversation.

02

Marketers and consultants who sell outcomes, not code

The brief is clear enough to move, but the production layer still needs someone who can own the build, integration or fix.

03

Founders and operators routing technical execution

You can decide direction. You need someone who can take a bounded product or system problem through implementation, QA and handoff.

04

Teams with design or strategy covered

Figma, content and campaign planning are in place. The gap is production engineering: React/Next.js, APIs, auth, workflows and deployment.

CAPACITY LANE

What I can absorb.

Stack is a toolset, not the offer. The offer is bounded product engineering you can plug into an agency, consultancy or operator workflow. See the full product engineering services page for the broader system.

  • 01React / Next.js / TypeScript product implementation
  • 02Frontend + backend business systems and dashboards
  • 03APIs, authentication and third-party integrations
  • 04Booking, workflow and operational product surfaces
  • 05Migrations, modernization and dependency replacement
  • 06Unfinished product rescue and production debugging
  • 07Hardening, QA support and deployment handoff
  • 08Scoped ongoing support when the delivery boundary is clear
QUALIFICATION BOUNDARY

What is not a fit.

Clear boundaries protect both sides. If the work is outside these lanes, I will say so before anyone wastes a week.

BOUNDARY

WordPress-specialist-only engagements

I can implement WordPress when it sits inside a broader product or workflow problem. Pure theme/plugin specialist retainers are not the core offer.

BOUNDARY

Shopify-theme-specialist-only work

Shopify/Liquid can be part of delivery when the evidence fits, as with reusable treatment-page systems. Theme-only specialist positioning is not how I sell the work.

BOUNDARY

Native mobile-only builds

Web application, product and system work is the primary lane. Native mobile as the main mandate is outside fit.

BOUNDARY

Enterprise staff-aug with fixed full-time hours

I partner on bounded projects, overflow delivery and clear milestones — not anonymous long-term bench filling.

BOUNDARY

Unrelated specialist stacks without proof

If the work depends on a stack or specialty I have not demonstrated, I will say so early rather than stretch the positioning.

COLLABORATION MODEL

How collaboration works.

I can work behind your agency brand when appropriate, keep end-client details confidential, and hand work back in a state another engineer can continue. Communication stays direct with you unless you explicitly want otherwise.

  • Client confidentiality by default
  • White-label / behind-agency delivery when agreed
  • Clear ownership of scope and decisions
  • Handoff notes, not abandoned half-systems
01

Share scope and context

Send the client problem, constraints, designs, repo access notes and what “done” should look like. End-client identity can stay protected.

02

Technical fit review

I confirm whether this is a fix, integration, migration, rebuild or needs a deeper paid technical review before a responsible estimate.

03

Clarify dependencies and risk

We surface blockers, ownership boundaries, environments and what must stay untouched before implementation starts.

04

Agree scope and milestones

Written scope, acceptance criteria and communication cadence. No implied unlimited revisions or 24/7 coverage.

05

Implement, QA and hand off

Hands-on delivery with visible trade-offs, verification of critical flows, deployment support and a clean handoff your team can continue from.

PROOF

Evidence closest to partner delivery.

No invented revenue, headcount or conversion claims. These are delivery contexts you can inspect.

Next step / contact

Need implementation capacity for a client project?

Send the problem, the stack constraints and what your team needs handed back. If it is not a fit, I will say so quickly. If it is, we can define the smallest honest next step.
